CivicLift named a finalist for 2014 Social Enterprise Challenge

After months of searching through 75 submissions, reSET has announced the 10 finalists for this year’s Social Enterprise Challenge competition – and CivicLift is proud and honored to be one of ‘em!

Four award winners will be selected and honored on Tuesday, October 24 ^th at reSET’s 2014 Social Enterprise Awards at the Society Room in Hartford, CT at 5:30pm. The celebration features entrepreneurs who offer the most viable, sustainable, market-based solutions for some of the state’s most pressing social problems. The top prize will be awarded $15,000, but there will be an overall prize pool that exceeds $30,000.

Contest aside, it’ll be a fantastic event. Tegu Corp. Co-Founder Will Haughey will be on hand to be recognized with reSET’s Social Innovation Award and also deliver the keynote speech. If you haven’t heard Haughey speak before; trust us when we tell you he’s can’t-miss.
